PB Legal | Panin, Bayramkulov & Partners is a Russian law firm specializing in corporate conflicts, bankruptcy proceedings and commercial disputes, including international arbitration.

Our team is set up of 12 lawyers with extensive experience of representing clients in Russian and foreign courts as well as in arbitration institutions. Our specialists are qualified to give advice on issues concerning both Russian and English law.

History

The firm was founded in 2016 by Alexander Panin and Alan Bayramkulov, Russian lawyers and managers with more than 20 years of experience.

Before the foundation of PB Legal | Panin, Bayramkulov & Partners they worked in some of the largest Russian investment companies and law firms on leading positions.
