History

The firm was founded in 2016 by Alexander Panin and Alan Bayramkulov, Russian lawyers and managers with more than 20 years of experience.

Before the foundation of PB Legal | Panin, Bayramkulov & Partners they worked in some of the largest Russian investment companies and law firms on leading positions.
