Anna’s areas of specialization include M&A, financing, insurance, banking and payment infrastructure and commercial contracts.
Mergers and acquisitions. Anna represents clients in M&A transactions and joint ventures in a broad range of industries, including financial sector, insurance sector, mining, chemicals, food industry, telecommunications and real estate.
Financing. Anna also has extensive experience advising clients on financing of Russian companies in the power generation, oil and gas, engineering, real estate and other industries. She represented clients in financing transactions governed by Russian and foreign law, including expert and trade finance, project finance, real estate finance, M&A finance, syndicated finance and debt restructuring.
Insurance. Anna advises insurers, insureds and beneficiaries on various issues of Russian insurance law, participated in drafting of standard insurance documents for a major Russian insurer, as well as preparing numerous expert reports on various issues of Russian insurance law.
Banking and payment Infrastructure. Anna has considerable experience advising financing institutions and payment infrastructure companies on all aspects of their commercial and regulatory needs, including compliance with mandatory ratio and mandatory reserve requirements, data protection, risk control and currency control requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
Commercial contracts. Anna has advised clients on a wide range of various commercial contracts. In particular, Anna prepared over 100 standard contracts for Nestle Russian and CIS operations and developed standard contracts for a number of major Russian and foreign companies.
